We look forward to welcoming you at the Hotel Restaurant Valluga. Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. If you arrive after 8:00 p.m., we ask for timely information. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
You are welcome to use our free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. You can also reserve a garage space (directly at the hotel) at a price of € 16.00 per day.
Dogs are welcome on request. We charge a cleaning fee of € 20.00 per day (without food).

The prices are per person per day, including breakfast.
The local tax of € 3.20 per person per day is calculated separately (children born in 2007 and younger are exempted from this).
For double rooms for single use we charge € 50.00 surcharge per day.
For overnight stays between 1 and 3 nights (Thursday-Sunday), a weekend surcharge of
€ 18.00 per person per day will be charged.
A minimum stay of 7 days applies for holidays Christmas / New Year’s Eve, Half-Term / February and Easter.

Our prices are included VAT. You can pay your hotel bill with a debit card (EC card), Visa, MasterCard or in cash. External services can be paid for in cash or with a surcharge of 3%. To confirm your booking we charge a deposit of 30%. You are welcome to transfer this to the account on the left or give us your credit card details (Visa – or MasterCard).

Cancellations and changes:
The up to 30 days before arrival are free!
70% of the total booking price will be charged up to 14 days before arrival.
The 14 days prior to arrival will be charged with 100% of the total booking price.
No-shows and early departures will also be offset against the total amount.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with “European travel insurance”.


In addition to the above terms and conditions, the following provisions apply to online bookings:
Your booking is only confirmed when accepted by the host (§ 3 AGBH 2006). In the case of online bookings, this acceptance takes place exclusively through a credit card debiting of the deposit on our part. The booking only becomes binding on both sides once the deposit has been successfully debited. Up to this point, the booking can be cancelled by either party free of charge and without giving reasons. For the deposit we will debit your Visa card or Eurocard / Mastercard with the amount / percentage stated in the booking conditions. A deposit is only possible with a deposit with Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard. The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of the deposit. By providing your account or credit card details, you allow us to charge your credit card with all applicable fees, such as To debit deposits and, if applicable, cancellation fees (in accordance with our cancellation conditions).

We point out that for online bookings or accommodation contracts that are concluded by ? a third party? Travel office?, there is no right of cancellation within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract and that our cancellation conditions (further above on this page) to be agreed. Our cancellation conditions replaces the right of withdrawal according to the consumer rights directive of the European Union.

Due to the system, it is possible that for a room booked online, it is necessary to move to another room of the same category during the stay. We would of course inform you about this immediately and clarify this with you.

If more people arrive than stated on the booking confirmation, or if the age of the children is incorrectly stated, the room price (plus any local tax) will be adjusted by us according to our price list. We also reserve the right to adjust the room category (upgrade or downgrade with price adjustment) if this is necessary.
However, if this is not possible due to the booking situation, the booking is deemed to be cancelled and – in accordance with our cancellation conditions – cancellation fees of 90% of the total arrangement price are due. You should therefore carefully check the information contained in the booking confirmation.
